We have provided some answers below to our frequently asked questions.
A: Our time frame is based on 2-3 weeks. However this depends on the matter of how many items you are looking at ordering and if you know what type of design you would like on the product. There are decisions that need to be fully made before we can finish your order; deciding between screenprinting or embroidery, what type of garment you're looking for, what colors(garment, thread, and ink.), if we need to do your artwork, and most important choosing the correct sizes for your garments.
Q: Why should I include a FAQ page on my Web site? A: Including a FAQ page is a user-friendly way of presenting information to customers so they can quickly look it up. It also can help reduce the number of service calls and e-mails.
A: Our sizing can depend on the products, if you are questioning a size, we can get you the measurements, or recommend the best solution for our garments.
A: The brand of T-shirts we usually work with is Gildan, this brand line has been pre-shrunk, however, we do know that there are still possiblities of a 3% to 5% shrinkage, as most items are like this.
A: We recommend that you follow the washing instructions on the garment for the washing and the drying temperatures. However, we recommend with screenprinting and embroidery on the apparel we suggest that you wash your garments inside out; doing so will help protect the embellishments and it will not be as harsh on the garments. We do also recommend either hang drying or a low, tumble dry.
If you have a product that a transfer has been applied to; please what up to 48 hours before even washing. The transfer needs time to set into the garment.
